Try this to have a good sleep

          Golden milk

     It is also called Haldi doodh. Turmeric is the golden ingredient by which it got its name as "Golden milk ".


Required ingredients

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Ginger- 1 inch size
  • Cardamom-2
OPtional 
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Nutmeg powder
  • Sweet- Honey

How to prepare

Step -1:   Take a pan & pour 1 cup of milk into it. Let it warm 

Step -2:   Add turmeric powder, dry ginger (powdered) or fresh ginger (grounded) & 2 grounded cardamom. 

Step -3:    Optional ingredients also can be added  along with the above. Honey should be added only after cooling. 

Step -4:   Now boil it for 2 minutes in low flame. 
 Now serve it in a cute mug to have a sip.
