Art of applying Collyrium

Anjanam          Anjanam refers to application of collyrium to the eyes. It is mainly used in various eye disorders. Also maintains healthy vision,  for which nowadays every young people are seeking for.  How to prepare?          Anjanam can be prepared at home with our natural homely ingredients. It can be applied daily and beneficial to the eyes. This is one of the simple method of preparation, various other ingredients and methods are also can be used.  Required materials Bhringaraj leaves Cotton cloth A lamp Ghee or Gingely oil A plate to collect soot 2 tumblers to keep as stand Method of preparation     Step -1:   Squeeze the bhringaraj leaves & take it in a bowl.      Step -2:   cut the cotton cloth in 6×6 square & dip that cloth in that bowl.      Step -3:   wait for 10 minutes.           Golden milk      It is also called Haldi doodh. Turmeric is the golden ingredient by which it got its name as "Golden milk ". Required ingredients 1 cup of milk 1 tsp turmeric powder Ginger- 1 inch size Cardamom-2 OPtional  1 cinnamon stick Nutmeg powder Sweet- Honey How to prepare Step -1:   Take a pan & pour 1 cup of milk into it. Let it warm  Step -2:   Add turmeric powder, dry ginger (powdered) or fresh ginger (grounded) & 2 grounded cardamom.  Step -3:    Optional ingredients also can be added  along with the above.
